(Full-time equivalent would be £16,397 per annum)

Job Type-           Part-time - 28 hours per week

Overview

Business and Organisational Development team has an exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator to join the team. In this role, you will provide all aspects of administrative support across a diverse range of HR administration and operational activity including recruitment and selection, absence management, changes to terms and conditions, and employee relations matters.

 

The role requires a conscientious, experienced and highly motivated individual who has good communication skills and is able to develop relationships at all levels within the organisation. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a good understanding of the importance of confidentiality in relation to HR matters.
