Partnership for Procurement (P4P)

21st June 2018

Partnership for Procurement (P4P) is an initiative which supports social enterprises and other third sector organisations with tendering for contracts and with building partnerships and consortia. The programme is managed by Senscot and funded through the Scottish Government’s 10 Year Social Enterprise Strategy.

Free support offered includes:

One-to-one tendering advice – including support to become ‘tender ready’, with identifying opportunities and writing tenders

Support to develop partnerships or consortia – for example we could help you explore different consortia models, facilitate initial discussions or draft a partnership agreement

The P4P website (www.p4p.org.uk) has a range of information and resources which you can access at any time, including: 10 Stage Procurement Guide; Collaboration Toolkit, case studies of existing, successful consortia; tender-ready templates; guidance documents; upcoming events; live and upcoming tender opportunities for the third sector. The P4P website also now hosts the Ready for Business Third Sector Register, a searchable database of social enterprise and third sector organisations.
