PKAVS Third Sector Interface has a team of workers committed to the development of the Third Sector in Perth & Kinross. From the promotion of volunteering to organisational development and support, PKAVS TSI is here to support the Third Sector.

Project Scotland- click here

Project Scotland is a charity that helps young people aged 16 to 30 to get on in life through volunteering. They partner with hundreds of Scottish charities to create quality volunteering placements in Scotland.


Volunteer Scotland- click here

Volunteer Scotland is the only national centre for volunteering; Examples of their work include the promotion and growth of volunteering, developing skills through training and the advertising of volunteer opportunities and events online.


Organisational Support


Community Land Scotland- click here

Community Land Scotland is a membership organisation that provides a collective voice for community landowners in Scotland and acts as a point of contact for any communities in Scotland who wish to find out more about community land ownership.


Community Ownership Support Service (COSS)- click here

The Community Ownership Support Service (COSS) supports community based groups in Scotland take a stake in or ownership of previously publicly owned land or buildings. This adviser based service is being delivered Scotland wide and aims to provide individual community groups and public bodies with a bespoke support service.


Development Trust Association Scotland (DTAS)- click here

DTA Scotland is an independent, member-led organisation which aims to promote, support and represent development trusts in Scotland.


Partnership 4 Procurement (P4P)- click here

P4P is an initiative which supports social enterprises and third sector organisations to better access public procurement and other contracting opportunities and to build partnerships and consortia.


Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations (SCVO)- click here

SCVO is the national membership organisation for Scotland’s charities, voluntary organisations and social enterprises. They work in partnership with the third sector to advance the interests of their 2,000 members and the people and communities they support, to help make Scotland a better place for everyone.


Social Farms & Gardens- click here


Social Farms & Gardens support grass roots projects across the UK that use farming and gardening as a way to transform lives and connect people. They provide key advice, training and information as well as promoting projects and giving a united voice to lobby at a strategic level.

Funding Scotland is a service provided by the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations (SCVO) to provide access to up to date, high quality information on funding opportunities that are vital to third sector organisations

Voluntary Health Scotland (VHS)Click here

We are the national intermediary and network for voluntary health organisations in Scotland. Our mission is to improve people’s health and wellbeing by providing an effective national network for voluntary health organisations. 


The Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland (the ALLIANCE) - Click here

ALLIANCE is the national third sector intermediary for a range of health and social care organisations. It has over 2,500 members including large, national support providers as well as small, local volunteer-led groups and people who are disabled, living with long term conditions or providing unpaid care.
