Frequently asked questions

What if I book a ticket and can’t make it on the day?

Don’t worry! We will be recording the event so you can watch it later on

I don’t have Teams. How can I join?

You can download Microsoft Teams to your desktop or access it through your browser. Just type ‘Microsoft Teams’ into your preferred browser and follow the instructions there!

What if I’m not ready to commit right now?

We understand that you may feel unable to commit right now. If you can’t commit, can you offer a particular skill? Are you an IT specialist? A gardener? Handy on social media? Message organisations to see how you can help without committing to a regular role, or get back in touch when you can!

What if I don’t find a role I like?

That’s ok, have a look on our website Be the Change to see if you can find something you like! Use our talent scan to find some suggestions. If you still can’t find something, you can always message organisations directly to see what you can negotiate together.
