As winter approaches, we are aware there will be increased pressure on individuals and families in Perth and Kinross who are already struggling.
We also recognise the vital role the third sector plays in meeting these needs and supporting communities through an ongoing cost-of-living crisis. It’s our goal as your TSI to support you as you deliver these crucial services.
On behalf of the Anti-Poverty Taskforce, we are seeking feedback about the services that provide winter planning support in Perth and Kinross, including any concerns you may have.
We are hoping to identify gaps in support and resources available for individuals and communities this winter. We would be grateful for your insights about the challenges that will be faced in the months ahead. We are especially interested in the essentials that households will need to get through the winter period, such as food and money for energy bills.
Please share your thoughts in the above survey by 15 November. Your concerns will be collated by the Anti-Poverty Taskforce and shared with Perth and Kinross Council for further consideration.
We appreciate your input. If you have any questions, you can contact the Anti-Poverty Taskforce Project Manager, Faiza Hansraj-Jackson.
