We currently have two opportunities to join our small, supportive and high-impact team. You can offer guidance to local health and wellbeing organisations as a Development Officer, or flex your creative skills as a Marketing and Social Media Assistant. Development Officer – Health, Wellbeing & Social Welfare

Reporting to the TSI Project Manager, you’ll support, connect, and enable third sector health, wellbeing & social welfare organisations within Perth & Kinross on their journey to becoming successful and sustainable. You’ll help these organisations to build peer relationships across the region and support each group to identify and fulfil the needs of the people they serve in their communities. Working together with these organisations and groups you’ll encourage partnerships and collective working that will enable sharing best practice, engaging more with local health, wellbeing, and social welfare organisations, providing specialist advice, support and capacity building for local organisations working to improve the wellbeing of individuals and groups through community services and planning.

  • £28,328.66 (FTE)
  • 28 hours per week (happy to talk flexible working)
  • Fixed term contract, from September 2024 until September 2025
  • Home based but regular travel required across Perth & Kinross
  • Closes 2 September with interviews w/c 16 September

Marketing and Social Media Assistant

We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing and Social Media Assistant to join our TSI team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about marketing, social media, and digital communications and is eager to gain first-hand experience in a friendly and flexible organisation. This role will provide you with the opportunity to work creatively on real projects and develop your skills and knowledge.

  • £22,276.80 (FTE)
  • 20 hours/week (flexible working arrangements available)
  • Fixed term contract, from September 2024 until September 2026
  • Home based
  • Closes 2 September with interviews w/c 16 September
